The staff was very pleasant and pleasant and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was favourable because it was not far from Zona Rosa, probably the best area of Bogota, close to the bars and clubs as well as night life. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Pastrami.

Big and huge room, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel!
It was an affordable hotel which had great service. Absolutely kind and exceptionally pleasant staff members provided a few recommendations. The restaurant was pleasant for lunch and dinner here, I had delicious dishes. The location was marvellous, not very far from passport. I needed 15 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the expensive rates in the area. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The location is in a nice, quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle. It's situated in a safe neighborhood, close to good restaurants and shops.
All was good during my stay at this hotel.

One of the things that impressed me the most about this hotel was its attention to detail. Despite the fact that the street where it's located may seem a bit unsafe at night, the hotel itself is in a safe neighborhood. Plus, it's right in front of a lovely park, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Another aspect that stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms on the top floor were fantastic. They featured a very comfy bed and even had a kitchenette, although it was missing some cutlery.
No major issues, all was just fine.

Nicely equipped, modern hotel. I paid for a single room and got one with 2 levels, a sitting room, small kitchen, and 2 TV'S. Very friendly, helpful, and mostly English-speaking staff. Good location for exploring, 2 blocks to Zona Rosa restaurants and 15 minute walk to Calle 85 Transmilenio.
A little bit hard to find, street is only 1 block long, be sure to bring the address so the taxista can find it.

Good location, 10mins walking to Zona T, 20 mins to Transmilenio. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet though not very nice, but we felt safe walking to and from day and night. Rooms are large, clean and simply but adequately furnished, large flatscreen, in-room safe and good bathroom. Excellent service and friendly personnel. Breakfast served in nice restaurant, but could have more variations. Very good price/quality relation
The hotel could improve the breakfast selection, its rather monotonous from day to day

Clean rooms, professional staff, great location near restaurants, bars, and cafes. Grocery store and public transportation nearby. Safe area.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location near Parque Virrey was perfect and the staff treated me incredibly well, despite the language barrier.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The hotel is located near many bars and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for those looking to explore the nightlife scene. Additionally, it is close to shopping centers, allowing guests to easily access a variety of stores and amenities.
One downside is that the windows in the rooms are not soundproof, which could be disappointing for light sleepers.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The suite was big enough and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.
The toilet did not work as well as one would like.
